When you place an order or submit a service request, we collect the information you provide — your name, phone number, email address and delivery details. If you create an account, we store your name, email and an encrypted password (we never store your password in plain text).

We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide services, respond to enquiries and improve our store. We communicate with you primarily through WhatsApp.
3. Data protection
Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms. Media is stored with our cloud media provider (Cloudinary). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies
We use a small session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage to remember your cart. These are necessary for the store to function.
