1. Orders
Placing an order creates a request that is finalised when we confirm availability, delivery and payment with you on WhatsApp. All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦).
2. Delivery
Delivery cost is confirmed with you before dispatch and depends on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates.
3. Warranty & returns
Products are covered by the warranty stated on the product page where applicable. Please inspect items on delivery and contact us within 48 hours of any issue.
4. Services
Service requests are quotations/estimates until confirmed. Work begins once details and pricing are agreed with you.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GadgetImage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
